Toyota Insurance Management Solutions (TIMS) is a start-up company dedicated to delivering cutting edge data analytics and superior products to customers, dealers, distributors and partners. 


What we need from you:

This Human Resource Manager position encompasses the entire employment lifecycle from talent acquisition to exit.  A newly created position in a forming company, the role includes talent acquisition in the world of high tech, maintaining a highly competitive compensation strategy, creation of on-line Human Resource presence, and management of an out-sourced HR vendor and contingent workforce provider. 


You will partner with TIMS senior management and board directors in the strategic direction of the company as it relates to Human Resource programs, the acquisition of new talent, compensation, performance management and employee relations. Additionally, you’ll conduct employee investigations and develop/maintain HR policies and procedures based on an emerging company culture.


We are looking for only top-notch, fun and progressive professionals who are motivated by a changing environment and understand how to hire and continue to engage talent through state of the art work programs. 


What do you need to be a success?

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly encouraged, along with a minimum of 7 years as a generalist with expertise in talent acquisition, understanding of compensation, employee relations, benefits and payroll.  Candidates with high tech and/or start up experience will hit the ground running.  This position interacts continuously with senior management so excellent communications skills are a must.
